单片机在起重机工况安全监控系统中的应用

Application of single-chip computer in derrick car monitoring

针对起重机的安全工作要求,开发了一种安全监控系统,通过对起重机操控特性曲线的实时计算,自动判断起重机的工况和安全威胁,通过图文显示和声光报警提示操作员,并在紧急状态下自动采取应急控制,实践证明该系统工作可靠,具有推广应用价值。

This paper developed a monitoring instrument which warning the derrick car operator to keep in safe operation.The instrument automatically measures the derrick car operation parameters and take full control in case of emergence.It also send warning signals to the operator when the car is in a risk situation.The system was proved to be highly reliability in practical operation.
