摘要
本文对40Cr 钢渐开线齿轮采用稀土软氮化的工艺进行了探讨。研究表明:稀土元素的加入大大缩短了软氮化过程,渗层明显加厚,其耐磨性和耐蚀性大幅度提高,从而为中小模数齿轮的齿面硬化找到了新的途径。
The paper makes an approach to the rare earth nitrocarburizing for the involute gears of steel 40Cr.The research indicates that addition of rare earth elements can greatly shorten the process of the nitrocarburizing,the case depth and surface wear resistance and corrosion resistance have been increased remarkably,thus seeking a new way for the surface hardening of middle small modulus gears.
