胰岛素加贴膜对糖尿病感染伤口的疗效调查分析

Efficacy of insulin added membrane on infected wound in diabetic patients

目的探讨糖尿病患者表浅组织及皮肤感染采用胰岛素注射液伤口换药加贴新鲜鸡蛋内膜的疗效。方法对2007年1月1日-2010年1月1日住院治疗的72例糖尿病伴浅组织及皮肤感染患者采用胰岛素注射液局部用药进行伤口换药,伤口长平后用无菌操作的方法,对伤口贴新鲜鸡蛋内膜,贴新鲜鸡蛋内膜后伤口不再换药,直至痊愈。结果组内比较,观察组糖尿病伴软组织及皮肤感染患者的伤口总体愈合检验值t=4.82,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间比较,观察组与对照组总体愈合检验值t=12.72,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胰岛素注射液用于糖尿病软组织及皮肤感染伤口换药加伤口贴新鲜鸡蛋内膜对伤口愈合十分有效。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the curative effect on diabetes patient with soft tissue and skin infections by using the insulin injection and the fresh egg internal membrane to dress the wound.METHODS From Jan 1,2007 to Jan 1,2010,a total of 72 patients with diabetes associated with soft tissue infections and skin infections were treated by using insulin injection wound dressing to add the fresh egg internal membrane,right after the wound healed.Aseptic operation was performed till the full recovery.RESULTS Compared with the observation group itself,diabetic patients with soft tissue and skin infections generally healed the wounds（test value t=4.82,P0.01）.The difference between observer group and control group was statistically significant,for the comparison between the two groups,the test value of the overall healing value t=12.72,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.CONCLUSION The application of insulin injection wound dressing to add the fresh egg internal membrane in the treatment of diabetes with soft tissue and skin infections can benefit the wound recovery.
