不同浓度多酶清洗剂对手术器械清洗的效果

Cleaning effect of different concentrations of multi-enzyme detergent on surgical instruments

目的为彻底清洁手术器械,提高医院手术器械清洗质量,防止医院感染。方法选择手术室的污染器械随机分为2组,采用全自动喷淋式清洗消毒机,分别设置1∶100和1∶200两种不同浓度多酶清洗剂对污染医疗器械进行处理,同时将STF器械清洗效果检测卡放入器械筐内与器械一起进入清洗程序,两种不同配比浓度多酶清洗剂清洗器械后,分别对手术器械的清洗过程进行检测,目测STF检测卡是否有残留印记,判断清洗结果。结果全自动喷淋式清洗消毒机内1∶100多酶清洗剂清洗器械合格率为96.5%,明显优于1∶200浓度组(合格率76.8%),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.9,P<0.01)。结论全自动喷淋式清洗消毒机清洗手术器械使用1∶100多酶清洗剂可提高手术器械的清洗效果,保证手术器械清洗质量。

OBJECTIVE To thoroughly clean the surgical instruments and improve the cleaning quality of surgical instruments and prevent the hospital infection.METHODS The contaminated instruments in operation room were selected and divided into two groups randomly.Automatic spray cleaning and sterilizing machine were set in two different concentrations of 1∶100 and 1∶200 of multi-enzyme detergent to clean the contaminated instruments,at the same time the STK equipment cleaning effect detection cards were put into instruments basket and then cleaned together with the instruments.After cleaning by different concentrations of multi-enzyme detergent,the cleaning process of the two groups instruments,visual inspection STF detection cards were tested.RESULTS The two groups were compared,χ2=28.9,P=0.0000;P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION Automatic spray cleaning and sterilizing machine with the concentrations of 1∶100 multi-enzyme detergent can improve the cleaning effect of surgical instruments and ensure the cleaning quality.
