子宫腔吸引管五步清洗法的研究 被引量:4

Five-step cleaning method in cleaning uterine cavity aspiration tube

摘要 目的改进子宫腔吸引管清洗方法,提高清洗、干燥质量。方法将子宫腔吸引管随机分为A、B、C组;A组采用五步清洗法,多酶浸泡,专业刷刷洗,高压水枪冲洗,超声波多酶清洗,全自动喷淋清洗消毒器清洗;B组采用四步清洗法,按A组的前4个步骤清洗,再用普通方法漂洗、消毒、润滑、干燥;C组采用三步清洗法,多酶浸泡,专业刷刷洗,全自动喷淋清洗消毒器清洗;目测洁净程度和潮湿程度。结果 A、B、C组清洗合格率分别为:96.02%、85.96%、85.09%,A组优于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A、B、C组干燥合格率分别为:99.66%、91.23%、99.53%,A组和C组优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论按程序综合运用多酶浸泡、专业刷刷洗、高压水枪冲洗、超声波多酶清洗、全自动喷淋清洗消毒器清洗5种清洗方法,对提高子宫腔吸引管清洗、干燥质量具有重要意义。 OBJECTIVE To improve the cleaning and drying quality by optimizing the cleaning method of uterine cavity aspiration tube.METHODS The uterine cavity aspiration tubes were divided into 3 groups(A,B and C) randomly.Group A was washed by five-step cleaning method,namely,multi-enzyme soaking,scrubbing the lumen with special brush,rinsing with high pressure spray gun,ultrasonic multi-enzyme cleansing,and automatic spray cleaning sterilizer cleaning;Group B was washed by four-step cleaning method(the first four steps in the five-step cleaning method),then ordinary methods of washing,disinfecting,lubricating,drying.Group C was washed by three-step cleaning method,namely multi-enzyme soaking,scrubbing the lumen with special brush and automatic spray cleaning sterilizer cleaning,visual observation was performed to cleanliness and moisture level.RESULTS The cleaning pass rates of group A,B and C were 96.02%,85.96% and 85.09%,respectively,Group A was better than group B and group C(P0.01).The drying pass rates of group A,B and C were 99.66%,91.23% and 99.53%,respectively.Group A and group C were better than group B(P0.01).CONCLUSION Making full use of the five-step cleaning method(namely,multi-enzyme soaking,scrubbing the lumen with special brush,rinsing with high pressure spray gun,ultrasonic multi-enzyme cleansing and automatic spray cleaning sterilizer) has great importance to improve the quality of cleaning and drying the uterine cavity aspiration tube.
