目的探讨特定条件下手术方舱的展开,为震后手术患者提供高度洁净、安全的手术环境,预防感染。方法通过对VCY-2002型野战手术方舱的展开,合理设计了缓冲帐篷的分区,平战结合,制定了特殊条件下控制手术感染的措施。结果确保了震后受伤患者在野外条件下得到及时救治,且在手术方舱内顺利完成各类手术35例,未发生手术感染。结论手术方舱的迅速展开、缓冲帐篷的合理分区,制定切实可行的预防控制措施,可以有效地预防手术感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To research how to deploy the field operation surgical vehicle and bumped-tent,so as to provide a high clean and safe operating circumstance of preventing infection for the wounded person.METHODS On the basis of deploying VCY-2002 type of field operation surgical vehicle,the sub-area of bumped-tent was designed reasonably and combined the operations during the war period and peace time.RESULTS The wounded person was treated promptly in the field hospital,35 surgical operations were finished successfully in the field operation surgical vehicle without any operating infection.CONCLUSION The deployment of field hospital operation surgical vehicle,the reasonable sub-area of bumped-tent and adopting proper measures of prevention are the effective means to prevent the surgical infection.
