摘要
介绍新近发展起来的反应性熔盐法及其在多元金属硫族化合物中温固相合成中的应用,并讨论了这类化合物的结构特征、低维性和热力学介稳性.
Molten alkali metal polychalcogenides (A 2 Q n ) as reagents and solvents (reactive fluxes) were used to synthesize multi component metal chalcogenides at intermediate temperature for the last decade. Most of the chalcogenides synthesized and crystallized from the A 2 Q n flux are in thermodynamically metastable state with low dimensional structures. In this review, we discussed the new method of solid state synthesis and structuural characteristic of the chalcogenides in detail.
