摘要
SBRgs 由丁苯胶乳与苯乙烯接枝改性制成.一种SBRgs 乳胶粒子具有核(SBR) 一壳(PS) 结构,另一种是PS均聚物;在固体SBRgs 中,PS在含量不高于35% 时为分散相, 含量为45 % 时为近连续相.SBRgs 接枝率的最高极限约为35% . 随着PS含量的增加,SBR相的tg 上升,PS相的tg 下降.SBRgs 具有热塑性弹性体的性质,当PS含量为30 % ~35% , 其力学性能优于轻质碳酸钙填充SBR(SBR/ 轻质碳酸钙= 100/100 , 质量比)硫化胶.
The SBR-g-s graft-copolymers were prepared, it was characterized by utilizing TEM and DSC. It was found that the SBR-g-s latex have two types of particles-core(SBR)-shell(PS) particles and PS particles. PS of the solid SBR-g-s exhibited continuous phase for content of PS 35% and pseudocontinuous phase for 45%. The t g of SBR phase increased and the t g of PS phase decreased with increasing the PS content. The maximum grafting ratio was about 35%. The SBR-g-s graft-copolymers have properties of the thermoplastics elastomers, and the mechanical properties of SBR-g-s were superior to that of the precipitated calcium carbonate filled SBR(SBR/precipitated calcium carbonate=100/100 by mass) vulcanizates when the PS content was in the range of 30%~35%.
