紫外线辐照对聚丙烯化学组成及复合材料界面的影响 被引量:7

EFFECT OF ULTRAVIOLET IRRADIATION ON CHEMICAL CONSTRUCTION OF PP AND INTERFACIAL PROPERTIES OF GF/PP COMPOSITES

摘要 研究了经紫外线辐照的聚丙烯(PP)的化学组成,表征了以辐照PP作为界面相容剂的玻纤/PP复合材料的界面结合强度和界面粘结状态.结果表明, 紫外线辐照可在PP分子链上引入COC、COH、C= O、COOH 等含氧基团; 辐照PP作为界面相容剂, 能改善PP与玻纤间界面粘结状况,明显提高复合材料的层间剪切强度. Polypropylene(PP) was treated by ultraviolet irradiation, the chemical construction of irradiated PP was studied by XPS. The interlaminar shear strengths (ILSS) of glass fiber reinforced PP (GF/PP) with 5% (mass fraction) irradiated PP were measured by short beam shear test and interfacial adhesion of GF/PP was observed by SEM. The results showed that ultraviolet irradiation introduces oxygen functional groups (C O C、C OH、C=O、COOH)to PP molecular chain and irradiated PP, as interfacial compatilizer, can improve interfacial adhesion of GF/PP, increase the interlaminar shear strengths of GF/PP composites.
