摘要
采用定量金相、电子探针、扫描电镜、电阻法、透射电镜等方法,研究了复合稀土对CuZnAl 形状记忆合金中马氏体稳定化的影响. 实验结果表明,加入复合稀土以及采取合理的热处理工艺, 可有效地防止马氏体稳定化.当合金发生马氏体稳定化后, 经过重新处理及热循环训练,合金仍能恢复较好的形状记忆性能. 讨论了复合稀土对合金马氏体稳定化的影响,并对防止发生马氏体稳定化的原因进行了论述.
By using quantitative metallograph, electron probe, scanning electron microscope, electric resistance method, and transmission electron microscope, the influences of composite RE on the martensitic stabilization in CuZnAl SMA were studied. The experimental results show that adding composite RE and using proper heat treatment technique could prevent martensite from stabilizing effectively. The stabilized martensite could be recovered by retreatment and training again. The reason for that composite RE can restrain martensitic stabilization was also discussed.
