摘要
根据前馈式、反馈式和连续式安全控制的特点建立了石化流程安全控制模型和信号流图,运用Mason公式求出了安全控制模型的解并对其进行了实例分析。认为实现石化流程安全运行的重点在于配备可靠的紧急停车系统,有效控制事故的初发隐患。
Based on its characteristics of feedfront, feedback and continual control, the model and the signal flow chart of safety control system were set up. The solutipn of the model and its living example were inferred by formula Mason.Moreover, from the model point of view, the better methods to prevent accidents in the pro - cession were installing ESD and controlling the source of fault.
