C-反应蛋白及纤维蛋白原水平对心绞痛患者的预后价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过观察心绞痛患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血浆凝血因子(FIB)水平的变化,评价CRP和FIB联合检测对心绞痛患者心血管病事件发生的预测价值。方法:选择冠心病(CHD)患者65例,分为2组,其中稳定型心绞痛组(SAP)30例、不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP)35例,另选30例健康者作为对照组。检测各组血液中CRP、FIB水平。出院后随访3个月,记录心血管事件的发生情况。结果:心绞痛组的CRP和FIB水平明显高于对照组;UAP组的CRP和FIB水平显著高于SAP组(P<0.01);联合检测发现,CRP及FIB水平均升高的患者,心血管事件的发生率明显高于CRP及FIB均正常者(P<0.05)。结论:CRP和FIB水平的高低与心绞痛的严重程度有关,CRP和FIB联合检测对心绞痛患者心血管事件的发生有预测价值。
