行彩超引导下经皮下腔静脉永久滤器置入术30例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 肺动脉栓塞（pulmonary embolism,PE）和下肢深静脉血栓形成（deep venous thrombosis,DVT）是临床常见的急性疾病。DVT的手术治疗中和溶栓过程中随时有栓子脱落的危险,如将无症状性PE包括在内,DVT患者中50%～60%会发生PE,而未经治疗的PE死亡率可高达30%,尤其股髂静脉血栓被认为引起PE的危险性最大。
