摘要
采用电化学方法研究了Q235钢在盐湖卤水中电化学行为随浸泡时间的变化规律.结果表明,在浸泡前期腐蚀较快,随着浸泡的进行,钢表面覆盖微薄的腐蚀产物层,在高盐度的卤水环境中,腐蚀产物层可有效增加氧扩散的阻力,减缓腐蚀的进行.
The variation of electrochemical corrosion behavior of Q235 steel with time in brine of Chaerhan saline lake at Qinghai province was investigated.The result indicated that the corrosion rate of Q235 steel in the brine was rapid at the beginning of the test.As time went by,the surface of Q235 steel was covered with corrosion product which was not as compact as that in seawater, but could effectively enhance the resistance to oxygen inward diffusion and lower the ordinary corrosion rate in the brine with high salinity.
