经食管超声心动图在神经外科坐位手术中的应用
摘要
当前,经食管超声心动图（TEE）在外科手术中的应用日益普及,而且其应用范围不断扩大.本研究将TEE技术应用于神经外科坐位手术,直接观察空气进入心脏的情况,同时可指导上腔静脉置管及心脏内气体的排出.对于后颅凹占位的手术,患者采用坐位可充分暴露术野,直视肿瘤的解剖关系,出血量少,手术时间相应缩短,提高手术的成功率和肿瘤的切除率.
