Research on the Problem of Weight Loss of Perishable Goods in Refrigerated Transportation

本文对冷藏运输中货物的干耗问题进行了深入研究，提出了分阶段计算车内货物干耗的新见解。求得了计算干耗量的理论模型，并进行了实例计算与分析，指出货物的干耗主要发生在装车后的急剧降温期间，最后提出了结论与建议。

In this paper,we Penetrated into the problem of weight loss of perishable goods in refrigerated transportation for the first time.We put forward a new method of calculation weight loss of goods according to the temperature downing stage.We obtained the theoretic calculating model of weight loss,made a practical calculation and analysis,concluded that the majority of weight loss takes place in the stage of quick temperature downing,and put forward some conclusions and suggestions finally.
