高能中波紫外线治疗寻常型白癜风的临床疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 紫外线光疗以疗效明确、不良反应小等特点已在临床上用于白癜风的治疗.Lotti等提出紫外线聚焦于白癜风皮损局部的"靶向治疗"概念.从此陆续出现了一些紫外线发生设备,能发射一定面积的高密度紫外光束直接到达皮损处,统称为高能紫外线.我们使用DuaLight UV120-2所发射的高能中波紫外线治疗102例寻常型白癜风,现将疗效总结如下.
