扩散加权成像对肺癌的鉴别诊断及其放化疗疗效评价的研究进展

Progress of diffusion weighted imaging in differential diagnosis of lung cancer and evaluation on effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy

近年来肺部的MR成像,尤其是肺部DWI的研究被越来越多的学者所关注。很多学者发现DWI对肺内结节良恶性的鉴别有较高的价值,且可用于评价肺癌的放化疗疗效。本文针对DWI在肺癌的鉴别诊断与疗效评价方面进行综述。

In recent years,more and more scholars pay attention to lung MRI,especially to diffusion weighted imaging（DWI）.Many scholars have found DWI having higher value on differentiation of benign and malignant lung nodules,and can be used to evaluate the efficacy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer.
