MMP-7和E-cad在胃癌组织中表达的临床价值被引量：21

摘要目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)及上皮型黏附素(E-cad)在胃癌中的表达,关注二者在胃癌发生发展及转移中的作用。方法收集我院105例胃癌术后存档的标本作为研究对象,34例正常胃黏膜组织作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测两组中MMP-7和E-cad的表达。结果胃癌组织中MMP-7表达阳性率为74.29%,明显高于正常胃组织,胃癌组织中E-cad表达阳性率为33.33%,明显低于正常胃组织,MMP-7和E-cad在胃癌中的表达均与浸润及淋巴结转移有关,胃癌中MMP-7和E-cad表达具有负相关性。结论胃癌中MMP-7和E-cad异常表达,二者在胃癌癌变及进展中可能具有一定作用,术后联合检测MMP-7和E-cad可能对判断胃癌预后有一定价值。
