种间对比研究方法阐明解耦联蛋白与最大寿命的关系

摘要 活性氧作为氧自由基及其衍生物是体内最常见的自由基类物质,发挥着重要的生物作用。体内生成活性氧的源头是线粒体,线粒体活性氧产率与动物最大寿命负相关,线粒体解耦联蛋白(uncoupling protein,UCP)能降低线粒体活性氧产率。
