摘要
目的:观察小儿上肢多功能牵引复位固定器治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法:肱骨髁上骨折患儿485例,均采用上肢多功能牵引复位固定器治疗。结果:解剖对位356例,近解剖对位96例,功能对位33例。骨折临床愈合时间21~42d,平均31.5d,随访1~5年。功能恢复:优426例,良56例,差3例,肘内翻发生率5.15%。结论:儿童上肢多功能牵引复位固定器与骨折端所形成的三维立体固定,适合上肢的生物力学要求,为儿童上肢骨折的治疗提供了一种既能纠正骨位,又稳定整复骨折,并能防止旋转,结构稳固、简单、操作使用方便、有效、安全。值得临床推广。
Objective: To study the effect of the upper extremity multifunction traction reduction fixator on supracondylar fracture of humerus in children. Methods:A total of 481 children patients with supracondylar fracture of humerus were all treated by the upper extremity multifunction traction reduction fixator. Results: There were 356 cases of anatomical contraposition, 96 peri--anatomical contraposition, and 33 functional contraposition. The clinical healing duration was 21 -42 days, averagely 31.5 days. The follow-up lasted from 1 to 5 years. Excellent recovery of function was observed in 426 cases, fine in 56, and poor in 3. The incidence of cubitus varus was 5.15%. Conclusion:The upper extremity multifunction traction reduction fixator can form a three-dimensional solid fixation with the broken extremity, and meet the requirement of upper limb biomechanics, deserving more wide clinical application.
