Application of Four-action-five-step Method in Treating Femoral Shaft Fracture

目的:通过四动、五步法治疗股骨干骨折在临床中的应用,阐述四动、五步法理论。方法:于2007年1月～2009年8月,通过手法复位、夹板固定、练功锻炼、中药外敷、内服综合治疗股骨干骨折180例。结果:治愈98例,占54%;好转72例,占40%;未愈10例,占6%;总有效率达94%。结论:四动、五步法治疗股骨干骨折集合了中医手法、小夹板固定、中药内服及外用、练功等法,可以作为该病种治疗的首选治疗方法。

Objective： To investigate the mechanism of four-action-five-step method in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture. Methods：From January 2007 to August 2009, 180 patients received manipulative reduction, fixation with deck, functional exercise, oral and external application with traditional Chinese medicine. Results：Excellent effect was observed in 98 cases （54%）, good effect in 72 cases （40%）, and no effect in 10 cases （6%）. The total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion：Four-action-five-step method can be the first choice in treating femoral shaft fracture.
