高能超脉冲CO_2激光皮肤磨削术466例的护理体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察高能超脉冲CO2激光皮肤磨削术后的治疗效果,并探讨有效的护理措施。方法对466例面部良性肿瘤和痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者进行高能超脉冲CO2激光磨削术治疗,将入选患者按皮损面积大小分为非暴露疗法护理组(>20cm2)和暴露疗法护理组(<20cm2)。分别予以术前心理咨询和有效干预,并配合治疗全程进行健康宣教,非暴露疗法护理组术后严格按操作规章制度换药。结果 466例患者均术后恢复良好,有效率为81.20%,非暴露疗法护理组除色沉发生率低于暴露疗法护理组外(P<0.05),平均脱痂时间、感染率和瘢痕发生率比较,两组差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论术前进行必要的心理咨询和有效干预及治疗全程健康宣教,术后对创面按时换药及包扎,可降低感染率,缩短脱痂时间,减少术后色素沉着等并发症。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of skin resurfacing with high-energy pulse CO2 laser and to discuss the effective nursing care. Methods Four hundred and sixty-six cases of facial benign tumor or acne depression scar were treated with high-energy pulse CO2 laser skin resurfacing. The patients were separated into two groups according to the size of the lesions : care group of exposure therapy and care group of non-exposure therapy. The two groups were respectively provided with preoperative psychological consult ation and intervention, and health education was introduced during the treatment. The care group of non-exposure therapy received dressing change rigidly after operation. Results All of the 466 cases recovered well after the operation. Effective rate was 81.20%. Pigmentation rate of the care group of non-exposure therapy was significantly lower than that of care group of exposure therapy ( P 〈 0.05 ). The average time of decrustation, infection rate and scar formation rate showed no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Preoperative psychological consult ation and intervention, health education introduced during the treatment, dressing change after operation rigidly all contributed to decrease the infection rate and scar formation rate, and to shorten the average time of decrustation.
