摘要
临床路径(clinical pathways,CP)是20世纪80年代开始实施应用的基于循证医学思想的对某一类疾病的一套标准化治疗模式与治疗程序。本文总结了CP在国内外皮肤科的发展与应用。至2010年我国卫生部发布的单病种CP中皮肤性病学专业有12个病种,包括带状疱疹,皮肌炎/多发性肌炎,寻常型天疱疮,重症多形红斑/中毒性表皮坏死松解型药疹,白癜风,淋病,慢性光化性皮炎,荨麻疹,系统性硬化病,寻常性痤疮,寻常型银屑病。但在临床工作中病种数目局限,急待进一步增加完善,以利于在皮肤科内广泛开展实施CP。同时本文还分析了在实施CP时存在的问题,并提出了改善的有益建议。
Clinical pathways（CP） are a series of mode and procedure of some kind disease＇s treatment, which used to guide evidence-based heahhcare, have been implemented internationally since the 1980s. This paper summarizes the domestic and overseas development and execution of dermatopathic CP. Up to now 12 kinds of CP in dermatology （ herpes zoster, dermatomyositis/polymyositis, pemphigus vulgaris, erythema multiforme major/Toxic epidermal necrolysis, vitiligo, gonorrhea, chronic actinic dermatitis, urticaria, systemic sclerosis, acne vulgaris, psoriasis vulgaris. ） have been issued by China＇s Ministry of Health to be implemented, and it has appeared insufficiently and incompletely during clinical working in China and need to perfect urgently. This paper also analyses the problems during implementing CP and gives some significative suggestions to perfect it.
