接触性唇炎的具体病因不易确定,牙膏含有表面活性剂、防腐剂、香料、氟化物及天然动植物萃取物等多种成分,可能是潜在的变应原和刺激物,牙膏在引发接触性唇炎中所充当的角色日渐受到重视,一些牙膏与唇炎的相关性研究也证实了牙膏成分的致敏性。本文就接触性唇炎与牙膏的关系进行简要综述。
