急诊肠镜诊断以腰痛为主要表现的急性阑尾炎一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,42岁,因右侧腰痛5 h入院.患者疼痛程度重,伴恶心、纳差,无尿频、血尿.入院查体：体温37.8℃,体型胖,心肺无异常,腹平软,腹部无压痛、反跳痛及肌紧张,右侧腰部叩击痛.血常规：白细胞13.8×109/L,中性粒细胞0.87.尿常规：红细胞1个/HP.查血淀粉酶、胸片、心电图、腹部B超、腹部透视均未发现明显异常.外科会诊认为暂无手术处理指征.
