AB_2O_4型尖晶石材料的制备及其在可见光下的催化氧化特性 被引量:2

Preparation and Visible Light Photocatalytic Property of Spinel AB_2O_4 Nanophase Materials

摘要 AB2O4型尖晶石是一类窄带隙半导体材料,具有良好的可见光响应,呈现出的可见光光解水、可见光降解污染物和杀菌、灭菌的特性引起了人们的广泛关注,近年来取得了一系列的研究成果。本文简要介绍了AB2O4型尖晶石材料的制备方法,诸如固相法、液相法、气相法,比较了这些方法的优缺点,综述了这类光催化剂在可见光激发下光解水制氢、光催化降解污染物和杀菌、灭菌的特性,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。 AB2O4-type spinel semiconductors with narrow band gap have attracted extensive attention because of their excellent visi-ble light response.They are capable of producing water into hydrogen and oxygen,degrading the organic pollutants,disinfection and sterilization under visible-light irradiation.A series of research achievements about them have been completed in recent years.In this paper,the preparation methods and visible light photocatalytic property of AB2O4-type spinel materials were summarized.Finally,the research trend of the materials is also discussed.
