摘要
1病历摘要患儿男，5个月。左前臂红色斑块4个月，渐增大、增多于2007年4月25日入院。患儿人院前4个月家长发现其左前臂出现一元硬币大的红色斑块，无红肿热痛，在当地医院诊断为“类丹毒”，给予化毒散（具体药物成分不详），
