摘要 单克隆抗体技术是现代生命科学研究的重要工具,其在基因和蛋白质的结构与功能研究方面有着不可或缺的作用,在人类和动植物的免疫学诊断方面至今仍有着无可代替的重要作用。本文综述了单克隆抗体的制备技术,包括嵌合抗体、噬菌体展示技术、核糖体展示技术、基因工程抗体等,及其在临床医学和疾病的诊断与治疗等领域的广阔应用前景。 Monoclonal antibody technique,as an important tool in modern life science research,plays an indispensable role in the study of gene structure and protein function,as well as in the immunological diagnosis of humans,animals and plants.This review gives an overview on the preparation of monoclonal antibody,such as chimeric antibody,phage display,ribosome display,genetically engineered antibody,etc.and its broad application prospects in clinical medicine,diagnosis and therapy of diseases.
