摘要
胃癌已成为严重威胁人类生命健康的恶性肿瘤之一.环境因素和遗传因素的协同作用是胃癌发生和发展的主要诱因,其中环境因素居首要地位.在胃癌的发生和发展过程中常伴随多种肿瘤相关基因结构和表达水平的异常变化,同时伴有多个异常剪接变体的出现.研究剪接变体在胃癌发生中的变化模式有可能为胃癌的早期诊断和病程跟踪提供重要的生物标志物,进而为胃癌的临床诊断提供参考.本文从胃癌相关基因的剪接变体特征及其变化模式角度综述剪接调节在胃癌发生中的研究进展.
Alternative splicing affects many essential biologic processes and is the basis for a number of pathologic conditions, including cancer. Inherited and acquired changes in pre-mRNA splicing have been documented to play a signifi cant role in human disease development. Many cancerassociated genes are regulated by alternative splicing. In this review, we will summarize the evidence supporting the association betweenalternative splicing and gastric carcinogenesis. The potential signifi cance of alternative splicing events as a target for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer will also be discussed.
