CD_4^+CD_(25)^+调节性T细胞和树突状细胞在HBV感染中的相互作用

摘要 CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)是迄今为止所发现的最重要的免疫抑制细胞,几乎抑制所有的免疫反应,在机体免疫系统中发挥负向调节作用。树突状细胞(DC)作为一类专职的抗原递呈细胞,在抗原识别、递呈中发挥重要作用,具有启动免疫应答和诱导免疫耐受的双重特性,对机体抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)起关键作用。作为在HBV致病机制中起重要作用的两个免疫细胞群——Treg与DC,探讨二者在慢性乙型肝炎发病机制中的相互作用,必将为进一步探索治疗HBV提供新的思路。 CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory cell (Treg)is one of an important immune supression cells among dicscoverable immune cells,which almost suppress all immune reaction and take negative regulatory function. Dendritic cell(DC) is one of full-time antigen presenting cell,which conducts its function in antigen recongnition and presantation, posses double characteristics in starting immune reaction and induing mimune tolerance, and also play key role in anti-hepatitis B virus ( HBV). As two important ceils Treg and DC in the pathogensis of HBV infection, approaching the cross-talk between them might provide new method for treatment HBV.
