摘要 心房颤动(简称房颤)是临床最常见的心律失常之一。房颤有较高的发病率、致死率和致残率,严重影响着患者的生活质量,有效防治房颤的关键在于明确房颤发生和维持的机制。尽管已经进行了广泛的研究,但其发病机制仍不十分清楚。目前对其心房重构的发生机制研究较多,近年来随着分子遗传学及分子生物学技术研究的深入,房颤发病的分子遗传学和分子生物学机制也逐渐得到揭示。同时也有证据显示炎症与房颤有关,现就以上领域的最新进展予以综述。 Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmias. It has a high morbidity, mortality and rate of disability, and seriously impacts on the quality of life of patients. The criticality for the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation should build on our knowledge regarding the mechanisms of arrhythmia. Although a lot of researches have been made on arrhythmia,the exact mechanism underlying atrial fibrilla- tion remain incompletely understood. At present,atrial remodeling is studied more. Due to the progress in molecular biology and molecular genetics techniques, the molecular genetics and molecular biology mechanisms had been identified. There is increasing evidence that inflammation contributes to the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation. The recent advances in this field are reviewed in this article.
