摘要
早期复极变异(ERV)是一种公认的在心电图上表现J波和左胸前导联ST段抬高为主要特点的特发性改变。虽然ERV一般被认为是一种良性的变异,尤其是健康的年轻人,但实验研究提示其具有潜在的致心律失常的特性。近来一系列病例报道显示,下侧壁导联J波抬高的ERV患者在一些情况下通过不同机制反复诱发特发性室性颤动,从而发生心脏性猝死(SCD),提示ERV与SCD有关。现就ERV和SCD相关性的研究进展予以综述。
Early repolarization variant is a wen-recognized idiopathic electrocardiographic phenomenon, which is characterized by prominent Jwave and ST-segment elevation predominantly in left precordial leach. Although early repolarization variant is generally considered benign, especially when seen in apparently healthy young individuals, its potential arrhythmogenieity has been suggested by experimental studies. A growing number of case reports indicate that,in some instances,early repolarization in inferior leads repeatedly induces idiopathic ventficular fibrillation through different mechanisms and causes sudden cardiac death,suggesting that early repolarization variant is associated with sudden cardiac death. This review summarizes the current knowledge concerning early repolarization variant associated with sudden cardiac death.
