摘要
基于索洛余值法,建立起科技进步对经济增长的贡献模型并阐述其经济意义。从企业微观机理看,技术参与创造收入的多少与技术效率、运用规模和产出价格有关。企业拥有的技术集合随时间的推移不断被淘汰或被替代,不断发生着效益的积聚和递减,将技术的淘汰或替代转换为"创效效率"的变化进而成功地推导出科技贡献率。最后将三要素创造的经济总量中技术贡献的份额分离出来并以实例进行验证。
This paper builds a model of the contribution of technology development to the economic growth based on the Solow residual value.From the microcosmic mechanism of an enterprise,technology-created income is related to technology efficiency,scale and price.The technology aggregation is eliminated or replaced and effectiveness is concentrated or decreased.They are changed into contribution effectiveness and technology contribution rate.It shows how to derive the contribution rate of science and technology and is tested with samples.
