74例金黄色葡萄球菌杀白细胞素基因检测

摘要 杀白细胞素（panton-valentine leukocidin,PVL）是金黄色葡萄球菌的一种重要致病因子,可以引起毛细血管扩张、趋化效应、多形核白细胞渗出、核破裂、皮肤坏死等[1]。本文采用PCR法对临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌杀白细胞素基因进行检测,旨在探讨PVL的表达与临床感染的相关性。
