健脑益智胶囊对外伤性脑出血患者血清人髓鞘碱性蛋白含量的影响

Effects of Jiannao Yizhi capsule on serum human myelin basic protein content in patients with traumatic brain hemorrhage

目的观察健脑益智胶囊对外伤性脑出血患者外周血清人髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)含量的影响。方法将54例外伤性脑出血患者随机分为3 d组、7 d组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础之上,3 d组和7 d组分别于受伤后第3天和第7天给予口服或鼻饲健脑益智胶囊。分别于入院后3 d、7 d、10 d、14 d测定患者外周血清MBP的含量并进行比较。结果 3 d组与对照组比较,第7天、第10天外周血清MBP含量明显降低(P均<0.05);7 d组与对照组比较,第10天外周血清MBP含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论健脑益智胶囊早期使用能降低外周血清MBP含量,说明健脑益智胶囊对外伤性脑出血患者有明显的治疗作用。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Jiannao Yizhi capsule on serum human myelin basic protein（MBP） content in patients with traumatic brain hemorrhage.Methods 54 cases of patients with traumatic brain hemorrhage were randomly divided into 3d group,7d group and control group.3d group and 7d group were given Jiannao Yizhi capsule by oral use or nasal feeding in three days and seven days after injury respectively on the basis of normal treatment.Results The content of peripheral serum MBP of the patients was determined and compared in 3d,7d,10d and 14d after hospitalization.Compared with that in control group,peripheral serum MBP contents in 7 th day and 10 th day were obviously lower（P〈0.05）.Compared with that in control group,the content in 7d group was obviously lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The early use of Jiannao Yizhi capsule can decrease the content of peripheral serum MBP content,this indicates that it has a significant treating function on the patients with traumatic brain hemorrhage.
