摘要 去整合素-金属蛋白酶17(ADAM17),是一种锌依赖的多结构域Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白,在人类的生长发育过程及炎症和肿瘤等病理过程中起重要作用。研究表明ADAM17在人类多种肿瘤呈高表达,作用机制主要通过水解细胞膜水的多种受体配体的功能而发挥切割转化生长因子α,EGFR-PI3K-Akt信号转导途径及血管的生成等方面来促进肿瘤的发生、进展。 A disintegrin and metallop 17,is a zinc dependent transmembrane type Ⅰ multi-domain protein.It plays an important role in human growth and development process and pathological processes such as inflammation and cancer.Studies have shown that ADAM17 was highly expressed in human tumors.The mechanism of promoten tumorigenesis and progress maybe play cutting transforming growth factor-α,promote EGFR-PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and angiogenesis,etc through hydrolyzing the various membrane receptor ligands.
