摘要
基于金属膜片的光纤液位传感器利用液体高度与其静压力成比例的原理检测液位。通过对光信号处理电路优化设计,传感器的分辨率高,线性度好,性能稳定,适应在特殊环境使用的需求。经试验检测,传感器测量精度可达到±3mm。
Optical fiber liquid level sensors based on metal diaphragm are on the principle of liquid height in proportion to hydrostatic pressure. By optimizing design of optical signal processing circuits, the sensors have advantages of high resolution, good linearity and stable performance and the requirements in special application environments can be met. The experiments show that the measurement accuracies of sensors can be up to ±3mm.
