摘要 目的探讨Survivint和细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)与舌鳞状细胞癌两者间及与各种临床病理参数的关系。方法选取舌鳞癌患者45例,按有无淋巴结转移、性别、年龄、组织分级及TNM分期进行分组,采用SP免疫组织化学法检测其癌组织中Survivin和CyclinD1表达情况,对所得数据进行统计学处理。结果 Survivin和CyclinD1的阳性表达率分别达66.7%、62.2%,高于正常舌黏膜,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Survivin表达均与不同组织分级、临床分期、区域淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CyclinD1与组织分级、临床分期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Survivin和CyclinD1与年龄、性别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);本组中Survivin与CyclinD1表达呈正相关(P<0.01,r=0.471)。结论 Survivin和CyclinD1在舌鳞癌组织中呈过表达,二者联合检测可以做为判断舌癌生物学行为和指导临床治疗的指标。 Objective To investigate the relationships between Survivin and CyclinD1 expression as well as clinical pathologic characteristics in tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC),and the correlation between Survivin and CyclinD1.Methods 45 cases of TSCC were divided into several groups according to lymphatic metastasis,sex,age,histological grade and TNM stages.Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to measure the expression of Survivin and CyclinD1.Chi-square test and spearman rank correlation was used to carry out statistical treatment.Results Survivin and CyclinD1 showed nuclear staining,66.7% of the tumor showed Survivin positive,and 62.2% showed CyclinD1 positive.The expression levels of Survivin protein were correlated with histological grade,TNM stages and neck lymph node metastases(P〈0.05),however,the expression levels of CyclinD1 protein were correlated with histological grade and TNM stages (P〈0.05),but both of them were not correlated with age and sex(P〉0.05).The expression levels of Survivin protein were positively correlated with those of CyclinD1(P〈0.01,r=0.471).Conclusion Survivin and CyclinD1 are over-expressed in TSCC,which is closely correlated with its occurrence and development.The combined detection of Survivin and CyclinD1 may be a reliable indicator to evaluate the biological behaviors of tongue squamous cell carcinoma and to guide clinical treatment.
