荧光定量PCR技术在泌尿系统结核中的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的应用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)技术检测泌尿系统结核患者尿液中(TB-DNA)的检出率,评估其对泌尿系统结核患者的诊断价值。方法选择泌尿系统患者66例,应用FQ-PCR技术检测患者尿液中TB-DNA的检出率,并与抗酸染色法的检出率比较。结果 66例泌尿系统疾病患者中,确诊泌尿系结核患者52例,TB-DNA阳性32例,32例全部确诊为泌尿系结核,特异度100%,抗酸染色阳性4例。结论应用FQ-PCR技术检测泌尿系统结核患者尿液中TB-DNA,具有高度敏感性和特异性,明显优于抗酸染色法。
