摘要
本文对高压喷雾和振动纤维栅的除尘机理进行了分析研究,通过对高压喷雾用水量、喷雾压力、纤维直径及横向间距、喷雾方向、纤维层数、纤维层间距等影响因素的对比研究,确定了高压喷雾纤维栅在综采面回风巷使用的最佳参数,研制了高压喷雾湿式振动纤维栅全断面除尘工艺。在东庞矿2219综采工作面进行了现场试验研究,纤维栅的全尘和呼尘除尘效率达到95%以上,取得了明显效果。
The dedusting mechanics with high-pressure atomizing and vibration fiber grid is analyzed in this paper.Through comparing the factors,including the water consumption of high-pressure atomizing,atomizing pressure,fiber diameter,fiber cross direction spacing,atomizing direction,fiber level number and interlayer spacing etc.,the best parameter for the high-pressure atomizing and fiber grid used in the return airway of comprehensive mechanized working face is confirmed.And the high-pressure atomizing wet vibration fiber grid of full face dedusting technology is developed.From the field experiment research of 2219 comprehensive mechanized working face of Dongpang Coal Mine,the dedusting efficiency of the total dust and respirable dust have reached to more than 95%,so the good effect is obvious.
