摘要
转炉炉口的差压是由冶炼时产生的烟气量、风机的抽气量和二级文氏管环缝的开度决定的,而炉口差压的大小直接关系到炉前的环境污染的程度和煤气回收的质量。如果炉口微压差正的太多,将造成火焰外冒,恶化炉前的环境,如果负的太多,又会吸入空气,使一氧化碳燃烧,降低煤气热值,为此必须控制炉口压差,使其稳定在0~20Pa之间(具体参数现场调试确定),要达到这个目的就必须采用液压伺服控制装置对炉口微压差进行自动控制。
The oven differential pressure converter by smelting gas produced when the smoke,fan of extraction flow and secondary venturi girth of the decision,and the opening of the oven differential size directly related to before furnace of environmental pollution and degree of gas recovery quality.If the oven micro differential pressure is too much,and will cause fire outside take,worsening before furnace environment,if negative too much,and breathe air,carbon monoxide burning,lower gas calorific value,therefore,must control oven differential pressure,make its stability in 0~20Pa(specific parameters between commissioning sure),to achieve this aim we must adopt hydraulic servo control device for the oven micro differential pressure for automatic control.
