Training Effect of Non-traditional Machining based on Project Teaching Method

项目教学法就是通过教师的指导,使学生把一个或若干个独立的项目分解并完成。该过程中学生独立完成方案的编制、信息的汇集、项目的开展和总评工作。经过完整的操作,学生能够掌握总体进程和每个环节中的特定要求。在特种加工实训教学中引入项目教学法,在原有的单调理论知识和机床操作的基础上,按项目进行教学,使学生在做中学,教师在做中教,收到了较好效果。

The process in which the students instructed by teacher to divide and accomplish one or several tasks is called project teaching method.In this process,the students have prepared the scheme,collected the information,executed the project and evaluated the project by themselves.With the integrated operation,the students could grasp the special requirements of general schedule and single steps.Based on theory knowledge and machine operation,replaced the project teaching method with non-traditional machining training,from which the students learned the knowledge in the course of operation and the teacher instructed the knowledge in the course of operation with better results.
