对重型板式给料机链板支撑机构的冲击特性分析及改进

摘要 在矿石的冲击影响下,重型板式给料机的链板及其支撑机构发生变形,使重型板式给料机轴承损坏频繁,维修率非常高。本文通过有限元分析软件Abaqus对矿石冲击支撑机构(由槽钢、工字钢组成的受力结构)进行动力和静力仿真分析,可得在冲击过程中,链板刚性支撑处的应力大;链板以及支撑机构的变形使得原来的5点支撑变成两端2点支撑,因此加大了两边轴承的受力,从而加剧了两边支撑轴承的破坏。通过对重型板式给料机链板支撑机构的冲击特性进行分析,找出问题,继而对重型板式给料机进行改进,减少矿石对轴承的冲击,提高设备的使用寿命。 Under the impact of ore,chain plate of the heavy plank feeding machine and the bearings in its supporting roller distort,which make the heavy plant feeding machine failure frequently,the simulation analysis was done on the process that the ore impacts supporting mechanism(the force structure which is composed by channel steel and I-beam)was carried out.the simulation show that,during the impact process,the great stress is on the rigid support of chain plate.And the original five-point support change into two-point because of the deformation of the chain plate and supporting mechanism,which aggravated the damage on bearings of the chain plate and rolls.By analyzing the impact characteristics of supporting mechanism of chain plate in the heavy plant,feeding machine can find the reason of damaging.We can improve it by reducing impact force.The machine would prolong the period of useful.
