CaH_2还原复合MeO的热力学研究

摘要 现有废电池处理中的湿法和火法技术多是以单一组分回收为主,分离回收废电池各元素及其盐类比较困难。针对目前废电池处理技术的缺点,探讨了以CaH2还原废电池中有价金属氧化物的热力学,研究了如何确定还原反应进行的热力学条件。由热还原过程中的化学反应绘制了热力学平衡图并对热力学平衡图进行了分析,为废电池处理中以CaH2还原金属氧化物的试验研究提供了理论指导,同时,也为废电池多组分综合回收提供了重要的理论及试验上的支持。 The existing hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical methods in the treatment of spent batteries were mainly the recovery of single components,and it was difficult to separate and reclaim each element and its salts.In view of the defects of recent treatment techniques for spent batteries,the thermodynamics of reducing valuable metal oxides from spent batteries with CaH2 was explored,and the problem that how to determine the thermal conditions of reducing reactions was investigated about.By drawing thermodynamic equilibrium diagrams according to chemical reactions in the reducing process and analysis of the diagrams obtained,it provided theoretical instruction for the experimental research in the treatment of spent batteries by reduction of metal oxides with CaH2,and it also offered important support for the theoretical and experimental basis on a comprehensive collection of multi-component of spent batteries.
