摘要
针对现代工业行业广泛应用的称重系统管理问题,提出了一种新的系统开发模式,采用Microsoft公司的高级计算机语言VB 6.0与常用数据库系统Access 2000开发称重数据管理系统,结合SI-EMENS公司工业控制器PLC,通过计算机COM口串行通信方式组成工业控制系统。该系统在计算机上不仅可实现称重数值的记录、保存、查询和归档等管理功能,还可以进行工业工艺流程控制。本文重点介绍VB数据库程序及VB与PLC通信程序的开发过程。
In modern industry,there is a manage problem at weight of system,so we bring forward a new system developing mode.we used weight data manage system that adopt at Microsoft-company＇s high computer language VB6.0 and common used data-base system Access2000,combined SIEMENS company＇s industry control PLC,we pass computer serial communication manner configuration control system in industry.The system not only made weight numeric register、conservation、query、pigeonhole managing function true,but also achieved technical flow control.The discourse mainly introduced VB data-base program and communication program＇s empolder process between VB and PLC.
