Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in fetal growth restriction

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与胎儿生长受限(FGR)发病的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别检测30例FGR孕妇(FGR组)和30例正常孕妇(对照组)肘静脉血清、羊水和脐静脉血清中VEGF的表达。结果 FGR组肘静脉血清、羊水和脐静脉血清中VEGF的表达与对照组相比均明显降低,均有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论 VEGF水平显著下降可能是FGR发病机制中的一个重要因素。

Objective It is to approach the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and pathogenesis of fetal growth restriction（FGR）.Methods The expressions of VEGF in ulnar vein serum,amniotic fluid and umbilical vein of 30 FGR pregnant women（FGR group） and 30 normal pregnant women（control group） were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The expressions of VEGF in ulnar vein serum,amniotic fluid and umbilical vein of FGR group were all obviously lower than that of control group,which were all significant differences（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion The significant decrease of the level of VEGF may play an important role in the pathogenic mechanism of FGR.
