注射用头孢地嗪钠与奥美拉唑钠配伍稳定性考察

Study on the Stability of Combining Cefodizime Sodium and Omeprazole Sodium for Injection

目的考察在避光条件下注射用头孢地嗪钠与奥美拉唑钠的配伍稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定配伍液在4,25,37℃条件下放置8h内不同时间点含量的变化,并观察其外观及测定pH。结果头孢地嗪钠与奥美拉唑钠配伍液在4℃放置8h、25℃放置4h、37℃放置2h内外观及pH值无明显变化,含量变化在5%内。结论注射用头孢地嗪钠与奥美拉唑钠的配伍液配伍后4℃8h,25℃6h、37℃2h内可使用。

Objective To investigate the compatible stability of cefodizime sodium and omeprazole sodium for injection without light.Methods The content of the mixture at 4 ℃,25 ℃ and 37 ℃ for 8 h were determined by HPLC method,and its external appearance and pH value were observed.Results There were no significant changes in appearance and pH value of the mixture for injection at 4 ℃ for 8 h,25 ℃ for 6 h and 37 ℃for 2 h,respectively,the variation was less than 5%.Conclusion The mixture of cefodizime sodium and omeprazole sodium for injection can be used after storing at 4 ℃ for 8 h,25 ℃ for 6 h and 37℃ for 2 h.
