采用水解法制备了包覆 In2 O3 纳米粒子,用 Z- 扫描技术对其光学非线性折射率进行了研究,通过计算和实验结果比较,发现包覆 In2 O3 纳米粒子的热效应对非线性响应有主要贡献,包覆 In2 O3 纳米粒子在可见区有大的有效非线性折射率,预期包覆 In2 O3
Coated In 2O 3 nanoparticles were prepared by means of hydrolysis.Their effective nonlinearity n 2 was measured by Z-scan technique and thermal n 2ther was calculated simultaneously.We notice that n 2ther values suggest one major contribution to the nonlinear response n 2 and the coated In 2O 3 nanopartiles possess a larger effective nonlinearity in visible range.This property allows coated In 2O 3 nanoparticles to be applicable in optical limiting devices.
