乌鲁木齐市人居环境质量评价与城市建设分析

Evaluation on human settlement quality and urban construction in Urumqi

对人居环境质量评价的基本原则、评价方法探讨的基础上,构建了乌鲁木齐城市人居环境质量评价的指标体系。依据人居环境质量评价指标体系,基于乌鲁木齐市1999年-2007年的统计和监测数据,运用信息熵确定权重来加权求和,对乌鲁木齐市人居环境动态发展进行定量评价。以建设优质的人居环境为目标,结合城市规划提出了优化乌鲁木齐人居环境质量的具体措施和城市建设发展的思路。

Based on the discussing of the basic principles and evaluation methods of evaluation of human settlements＇ quality,we constructed the urban living environment quality evaluation system of Urumqi.The quality of living environment based on the evaluation index system and the statistics and monitoring data of Urumqi from 1999 to 2007,information entropy was used to determine the weighted sum of the weights of the living environment of Urumqi,and quantitatively evaluate the dynamic development.
